Michael Behenna

On March 20^th, 2009, Army Ranger 1^st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing Ali Mansur, a known Al Qaeda operative while serving in Iraq.  Mansur was known to be a member of an Al Qaeda cell operating in the lieutenant’s area of operation and was suspected to have organized an attack on Lt. Behenna’s platoon in April 2008 which killed two U.S. soldiers and injured two more. Army intelligence ordered the release of Mansur and Lt. Behenna was ordered to return the terrorist to his home.

During the return of Mansur, Lt. Behenna again questioned the Al Qaeda member for information about other members of the terrorist cell, and financial supporters. During this interrogation, Mansur attacked Lt. Behenna, who killed the terrorist in self-defense. The government subsequently prosecuted Lt. Behenna for premeditated murder.

Not only is this a miscarriage of justice on the behalf of Lt. Behenna, who was acting to prevent further loss of life in his platoon, it is demoralizing to the U.S. troops who continue to fight on behalf of the freedom and security of our nation. Whether it is U.S. border patrol agents, members of the armed forces, or FBI agents, no individual who is serving on the frontlines in the War on Terror should be so blatantly mistreated.

We urgently need your help to correct this terrible wrong against a loyal and faithful soldier. Please contact your congressman and ask them to intervene on behalf of 1LT Behenna. Below is a brief recap of the relevant aspects of Lt. Behenna’s case.

I am a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a former-IRS Agent. I became a CPA in 1987, a CFE in 2001, and I worked at the IRS in Atlanta, Georgia, as a Revenue Agent from January 1988 through May 1995. I did well as an IRS agent. As a matter of fact, it was the best job that I ever had. I received a fraud award my first year there. Later, I received numerous awards including an award from the inspection division for a bribery case, and an award from the IRS commissioner himself.

I left the IRS because as a wife and mother, the IRS was getting much more of my time and energy than my family. As a Christian wife and mother, I had to choose family. I came home to be “June Cleaver”.

After leaving the IRS and by the end of the first year, I decided to start a small accounting practice, specializing in helping people avoid IRS problems. Then, in 1999 I started meeting people with these unusual claims that the income tax doesn’t apply to citizens of America. I didn’t tell them that they were crazy, but I also didn’t try to prove them wrong. Like most people, I just ignored their claims and went on with life.

Then, some of my special clients, pastors, started asking questions about it; stating that their members were talking about the income tax being illegal.

One such pastor called me and asked me to speak with one of the church members that had been given very specific information on the income tax. This member and I talked for hours, and then she told me about a USA Today ad on July 7, 2000.

I pulled the USA Today ad up on a website that she gave me. The website belongs to the We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education, headed by Mr. Robert Schulz in Queensbury New York. Within this full-page ad was a $50,000 challenge given my Mr. William Conklin. To this day I have not met Mr. Conklin, but thank God he had the wisdom and the guts to put his money where his mouth is. The challenge was to (1) Show how to file a federal income tax return without waving one’s 5th amendment rights and (2) identify the section of the Internal Revenue Code that makes a typical worker liable to pay an income tax.

I was bound and determined to win that $50,000. I even had the money spent in my mind. I thought – Humm, after tithes and offerings, I can pay off a few bills, go on a nice vacation. . This will be a synch. Well, I pulled out my codes and regulations and began to gather the information to prepare a report for Mr. Conklin, sighting all of the answers that he asked for.

Three days later, I was sitting at my desk with no answer. I sat the codes and regulations aside for a few days and picked them up again. Determined not go give up. The next week, while sitting at my desk, scratching my head, I realized that there was a BIG problem with what the people are told versus what the codes and regulations say.

At that point I had to make a decision. Not only was it a personal decision but a moral decision. My Christian background taught me to be honest and truthful, but above all, choose GOD over man. Here before me was credible evidence that the American people are being robbed of their hard earned wages, that this fraud has been perpetuated for almost a century through fear and intimidation, and that our government is ignoring the cries of the people for answers to this crisis.

I had to decide whether I was going to be an informed slave or get off of the plantation.

I decided to get off of the plantation and actively educate others and myself about the misapplication and misrepresentation of the federal income tax.

Here are some of the questions and comments that people have when confronted with this truth. I will tell you the answers that I gave after each question: 1. If we don’t pay the income tax how would the country function? The answer to this question is very simple – the income tax revenue does not go towards running the country. On January 15, 1984, the Grace Commission, which is a private sector committee impaneled by President Ronald Regan to find ways to cut government spending found the following: “With two-thirds of everyone’s personal income taxes wasted or not collected, 100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the federal debt – all individual income tax revenues are gone before one dime is spent on the service taxpayers expect from government.” This money actually goes to pay interest on our federal debt. The federal debt is paid to the Federal Reserve, which is not a part of the government but is a privately owned non-auditable banking cartel. To make it plain, your hard earned money is paid to the Federal Reserve to maintain control over your lives and the lives of countless other human beings on this earth. You can find several Internet sites that clock the federal debt as it rises per second. We currently pay the Federal Reserve over 36 million dollars per hour in interest. Obviously this money isn’t going to current owners, but is being put in trust for children that are not even born yet – while you slave away trying to make ends meet.

In addition, the former chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Beardsley Ruml, addressed the American Bar Association during the last year of World War II. The title of his speech was “Taxes for Revenue are Obsolete.”

2. Why doesn’t my accountant or lawyer know this? If your accountant or lawyer does not know about the income tax hoax it is because they were not taught. I went all the way through high school, college and IRS training without this knowledge. The colleges and universities teach only what the textbooks contain. These same colleges and universities receive large sums of money from foundations – some of which may be directly or indirectly owned by the owners of the Federal Reserve banks. Concerning text books: There was a CBS 20/20 special hosted by Sam Donaldson that proved outright fraud and deception in the textbooks of primary and secondary schools. One example was given where there were over 100 factual errors in the textbook. The most disturbing revelation from this show, however, was the fact that one high school history book contained three lines twice about George Washington, but six and a half pages of information on Marilyn Monroe. Since when did Marilyn Monroe carry more clout than the founding fathers? (Answer) Since those with the cash to pay for the books started manipulating the content of the books.

It can be concluded that the same re-writing of history is present in the textbooks at colleges and universities also. In addition, I personally talk to some tax preparers that do know about these issues. They acknowledge that the information that I present to them may be correct, but they state that tax preparation is their source of income. These people imply that they would rather not research the issue. They would rather continue to operate in error and perpetuate the system by keeping the truth from their clients in fear of loosing this income, instead of finding other sources of income. Personally, I would rather dig ditches.

3. Why as the media not telling us about this issue? It has been stated that it only requires about 5% or 6% ownership in a large corporation to significantly influence that corporation. Rockefeller is one of the original shareholders of the Federal Reserve. In July 1968, the House Banking Subcommittee reported that Rockefeller, through Chase Manhattan Bank, controlled 5.9% of the stock in CBS and the bank gained interlocking directorates with ABC in 1974. Through other companies, it appears that “the powers that be” control the major television stations, as well as the major newspapers and radio stations. In other words, the power of the air.

It has been reported that in 1953, John Swinton, the former Chief of Staff for the New York Times, was asked to give a toast to the independent press before the New York Press Club. It is obvious that he believed that the concept of an “independent press” was a farce that he no longer wished to be a party to. The following is reported to be a quote from his monumentally revealing toast: “There is no such thing, at this date of the world’s history, in America, an independent press. You know it and I know it. There is not one of you who dares to write your honest opinions, and if you did, you know before hand that it would never appear in print. I am paid weekly for keeping my honest opinion out of the paper. Others of you are paid similar salaries for similar things, and any of you who would be so foolish as to write honest opinions would be out on the streets looking for another job. If I allowed my honest opinions to appear in one issue of the paper, before twenty-four hours my occupation would be gone. The business of journalist is to destroy the truth: to lie outright: to pervert; to vilify: to fawn at the feet of mammon, and to sell his country and his race for his daily bread. You know it and I know it. What folly is this, toasting to an independent press? We are the tools and vassal of rich men behind the scenes. We are the jumping jacks; they pull the strings and we dance. Our talents, our possibilities and our lives are all the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes.”

4. I believe you, Sherry, but I am too afraid to fight against the IRS. My response to this comment mirrors that of Ms. Devvy Kidd. It may be harsh, but when does fear become cowardice? What if the founding fathers had been too afraid to stand against the British Troops? What if the Quakers were too afraid to stand up against slavery? What if the American troops had been too afraid to advance at Normandy? Are your golf clubs, your Lexus and your fine clothes a fair trade for the future of our children? Are you willing to be a slave in order to remain in your comfort zone? Pause and think about that.

5. Well, the Bible says give unto Caesar what is Caesars and that we are to obey authority. The response to that comment is this: The Bible actually goes on to say, “therefore, IF you owe taxes, pay taxes. IF you owe tribute, pay tribute. If is a very important word, and there is a credible body of evidence that says most American citizens do not owe income taxes. In other words, it’s not Caesar’s! Also, concerning authority, God is to be obeyed over man. God put authority in place and expected them to have his best interest at heart, not their own selfish interest. If we are supposed to obey all authority then answer this: Where did Paul write most of the Epistles? In JAIL! He disobeyed the authorities of the day and chose to obey God. From Genesis through the New Testament are several instances where citizens disobeyed the authority of their time because that authority worked against the mandates of God. If the government told you that you must kill your first born because we are overpopulated would you? Of course not! That hopefully shows you that people will not just obey anything that comes down from Washington or the courts. They realize that people that go totally against the word of God should not be obeyed – no matter what. Please go back and read about Paul, the Hebrew midwives and Rahab the harlot, the three Hebrew boys.

6. Well, this all sounds like some kind of conspiracy, do you have proof that this was done by design? The response to that comment is this: If you check your history you will note something very compelling. Karl Marx wrote what is called the 10 planks of the communist manifesto. This plan is a design for the government to rule over the people. In my research, I have noted that we currently have a legislatively enacted counterpart for each of the ten planks of the communist manifesto. The second plank is a heavy graduated income tax. We have the Internal Revenue Service to make the people fearful and hand over the fruit of their labor. As Ambassador Alan Keyes exclaimed recently, ” If the government has the power to tax even 1% of a man’s labor, it has the power to tax 100% of a man’s labor and that man is then a slave.” We are all salves by design, and if you doubt it you need to do your research.

I urge you to contact the facility where she is being held, be polite, and make sure the people closest to her in power know that we will not let this go away until Sherry is rghtly set free. You can get more information as well as donate to her legal fight here.

All that is necessary to see just how corruption and intimidation works is to begin to ask very pointed and direct questions about the documented actions of powerful people in a public forum.

Just one example of this would be the reaction of ’security’ personnel when on his book tour, Al Gore was politely asked to comment about some glaring inconsistencies contained in his film: An inconvenient truth. There is a bit of irony in that title alone since it has been revealed that much of the evidence he uses to compel his point of view was twisted, manipulated, and outright fabricated. Young people who had the sheer audacity to call him to task about these things as well as what has now been dubbed ‘climategate’ were immediately whisked away by force without so much as an explanation, and the global warming fuhrer indignantly carried on his self-love fest with the many uninformed and misled sheep who had flocked there to see their shepherd up close.

Alas, this is just one example of the direct suppression of the free speech of any individual or group who dare to ask contradictory questions of any establishment darling pushing an agenda which has been endorsed by the power elite. Most Americans still believe in the concept of free speech. In the sense that you are still able to criticize a politician privately and even semi-publicly without repercussion is somewhat true. As long as you stick to relatively harmless criticism of individuals, or government policy in a way that is not considered a threat to the status-quo, you have free reign. However, if you dare tread into a subject, while in an arena that threatens a point of view that is generally pushed onto the public at large, you quickly see that free speech is only still available when the topic is somewhat harmless to the elite.

There is a recent personal event that compels me to put forth this post, and there will most definitely be more to come regarding details of exactly what I mean, once those details become clear. In the mean-time, I ask that you look back over past posts I have added in the past, and do your own investigating via the web. Examples are plentiful, and do not require much labor to find. (Nov. 28, 2009) The final nail has been driven into the coffin of Obama’s online COLB (Certification of Live Birth), which was released in 2008 by his campaign to bolster his claims of being born in the United States of America, and which has been used as the reason, motive, or simply the excuse by members of Congress and politicians throughout the country, to explain away doubts regarding Obama’s eligibility.

The now infamous COLB alleged that Barack Hussein Obama II was born on Aug. 4, 1961 to Barack Hussein Obama I and Stanley Ann Dunham, in Hawaii.

However, the Department of Health has never corroborated the authenticity of the document.  Rather, in an email to the publisher of The Right Side of Life website, Okubo admitted that the Hawaii Department of Health had no documents on file to establish that any such COLB was issued by them in 2007, even though the online COLB bears a 2007 seal.

Todays newest revelation discounts entirely the authenticity of the information on the alleged COLB, which bears the notation “Date filed by Registrar.”  It has been speculated for nearly 3 months, by concerned citizens who have examined the rules of other departments of Vital Statistics accross the country that this designation, “filed by” indicates “submitted to, but not yet accepted as verified.”

This interpretation has now received indirect confirmation from the Communications Officer of the Department of Health, Janice Okubo herself, in her email response to Mr. James H. Roberson, which was published today online at 5:58 PM Eastern Time at Free Republic. The email was originally published at the blog of Attorney Leo Donofrio, which is now defunct.

This article is a keen insight and perspective on how climate science works…

By now, anyone who has heard about climategate are asking themselves some serious questions as to the validity of global warming. Its not often that you get a detailed look at the inner workings of such a complex ’science’. Its not even remotely possible that e-mails explaining deception and fraud in such detail could be ‘taken out of context’.

Moving forward, as Gary Sutton of Forbes points out, sometimes science isn’t the only method used to reach conclusions….

Many of you are too young to remember, but in 1975 our government pushed “the coming ice age.”

Random House dutifully printed “THE WEATHER CONSPIRACY … coming of the New Ice Age.” This may be the only book ever written by 18 authors. All 18 lived just a short sled ride from Washington, D.C. Newsweek fell in line and did a cover issue warning us of global cooling on April 28, 1975. The New York Times, Aug. 14, 1976, reported “many signs that Earth may be headed for another ice age.”

OK, you say, that’s media. But what did our rational scientists say?

In 1974, the National Science Board announced: “During the last 20 to 30 years, world temperature has fallen, irregularly at first but more sharply over the last decade. Judging from the record of the past interglacial ages, the present time of high temperatures should be drawing to an end…leading into the next ice age.”

You can’t blame these scientists for sucking up to the fed’s mantra du jour. Scientists live off grants. Remember how Galileo recanted his preaching about the earth revolving around the sun? He, of course, was about to be barbecued by his leaders. Today’s scientists merely lose their cash flow. Threats work.

In 2002 I stood in a room of the Smithsonian. One entire wall charted the cooling of our globe over the last 60 million years. This was no straight line. The curve had two steep dips followed by leveling. There were no significant warming periods. Smithsonian scientists inscribed it across some 20 feet of plaster, with timelines.

Last year, I went back. That fresco is painted over. The same curve hides behind smoked glass, shrunk to three feet but showing the same cooling trend. Hey, why should the Smithsonian put its tax-free status at risk? If the politicians decide to whip up public fear in a different direction, get with it, oh ye subsidized servants. Downplay that embarrassing old chart and maybe nobody will notice.

Sorry, I noticed.

It’s the job of elected officials to whip up panic. They then get re-elected. Their supporters fall in line.

Al Gorethought he might ride his global warming crusade back toward the White House. If you saw his movie, which opened showing cattle on his farm, you start to understand how shallow this is. The United Nations says that cattle, farting and belching methane, create more global warming than all the SUVs in the world. Even more laughably, Al and his camera crew flew first class for that film, consuming 50% more jet fuel per seat-mile than coach fliers, while his Tennessee mansion sucks as much carbon as 20 average homes.

His PR folks say he’s “carbon neutral” due to some trades. I’m unsure of how that works, but, maybe there’s a tribe in the Sudan that cannot have a campfire for the next hundred years to cover Al’s energy gluttony. I’m just not sophisticated enough to know how that stuff works. But I do understand he flies a private jet when the camera crew is gone.

The fall of Saigon in the ’70s may have distracted the shrill pronouncements about the imminent ice age. Science’s prediction of “A full-blown, 10,000 year ice age,” came from its March 1, 1975 issue. The Christian Science Monitor observed that armadillos were retreating south from Nebraska to escape the “global cooling” in its Aug. 27, 1974 issue.

That armadillo caveat seems reminiscent of today’s tales of polar bears drowning due to glaciers disappearing.

While scientists march to the drumbeat of grant money, at least trees don’t lie. Their growth rings show what’s happened no matter which philosophy is in power. Tree rings show a mini ice age in Europe about the time Stradivarius crafted his violins. Chilled Alpine Spruce gave him tighter wood so the instruments sang with a new purity. But England had to give up the wines that the Romans cultivated while our globe cooled, switching from grapes to colder weather grains and learning to take comfort with beer, whisky and ales.

Yet many centuries earlier, during a global warming, Greenland was green. And so it stayed and was settled by Vikings for generations until global cooling came along. Leif Ericsson even made it to Newfoundland. His shallow draft boats, perfect for sailing and rowing up rivers to conquer villages, wouldn’t have stood a chance against a baby iceberg.

Those sustained temperature swings, all before the evil economic benefits of oil consumption, suggest there are factors at work besides humans.

Today, as I peck out these words, the weather channel is broadcasting views of a freakish and early snow falling on Dallas. The Iowa state extension service reports that the record corn crop expected this year will have unusually large kernels, thanks to “relatively cool August and September temperatures.” And on Jan. 16, 2007, NPR went politically incorrect, briefly, by reporting that “An unusually harsh winter frost, the worst in 20 years, killed much of the California citrus, avocados and flower crops.”

To be fair, those reports are short-term swings. But the longer term changes are no more compelling, unless you include the ice ages, and then, perhaps, the panic attempts of the 1970s were right. Is it possible that if we put more CO2 in the air, we’d forestall the next ice age?

I can ask “outrageous” questions like that because I’m not dependent upon government money for my livelihood. From the witch doctors of old to the elected officials today, scaring the pants off of the populace maintains their status.

Sadly, the public just learned that our scientific community hid data and censored critics. Maybe the feds should drop this crusade and focus on our health care crisis. They should, of course, ignore the life insurance statistics that show every class of American and both genders are living longer than ever. That’s another inconvenient fact.

I would like to share the preamble to the “Articles of Freedom” drafted by the great men and women of the Continental Congress 2009. Let me also extend heartfelt thanks, and immense pride to our Party’s Florida state Chairman Dan Gonzales for not only representing Florida in such an exemplary manner, but also in being elected Vice-President of the Continental Congress 2009. Words cannot express just how great a leader, patriot, and statesman you are, Dan, but let your election as Vice-President serve as an example of it!

You may not be aware of a very important and historical assembly taking place right now in St. Charles, IL. It has not been mentioned at all by the national news media, and has largely been ignored despite its historical and societal importance.
