After years of peaceful pleas to the Monarchy to allow us to have representatives in the government, Our Founding Fathers had the courage to risk their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to govern themselves in a Democratic Republic. That IS worth fighting for, and that is precisely the difference between a freedom fighter and a terrorist. As Patrick Henry famously said: “Is life so dear or peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God. I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!”

Townhalls and Teleconferences…….
Tuesday, August 25th, 2009I admit, I have a full time job, and have a limited amount of time to dedicate to chasing down elected officials and Chambers of Commerce to arrange a meeting, or at least be informed as to dates and times of meetings to speak to my representatives in Washington. That being said, I have made a few phone calls, as well as tried to correspond through e-mail, with a few officials to have an opportunity to ask some questions about pending legislation churning its way through the cogs of our federal government. I have also been in contact with many folks who have been doing the same. One definite pattern has emerged through this process: there is absolutely no chance to be able to even ask a question, much less share my concerns as an American Citizen.
Lets start with the “Town Hall” meeting held in Delray Beach last week. Several friends and fellow citizens attempted to go to this meeting so that they may be heard. The meeting was held by the Florida Alliance for Retired Americans, and tickets were given out to this event by this organization. Some who had tickets were not able to get into the event, and were told the event was “full”. One person who would fit this category is WFTL 850’s Joyce Kaufman, who broadcasted live from outside the event shortly after the meeting wrapped up. For the lucky few who were able to get into the meeting, they had the wonderful experience of having any questions they had for the esteemed guests recorded on index cards so they could be properly vetted. We wouldn’t want our elected officials to have to answer a hard question from some “astro-turf” constituent, now would we? Needless to say, any question remotely critical of the health-care plan now circulating Washington were scrubbed from the agenda. Democracy in action. Further, Rep. Alcee Hastings was gracious enough to pull some strings to have a high school marching band from his district show up and play in support of health-care reform. On the taxpayers dime.
Move forward to today, and there apparently was a meeting at Florida Atlantic University, Jupiter Campus, entitled “Congressman in your Community” event with Congressman Ron Klein, sponsored by the North Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce. Several phone calls were placed to both Rep. Kleins office, as well as to the North Palm Beach County Chamber. Messages were left with the Chamber of Commerce, and at the time of this writing, had not been returned. In a phone conversation with a staffer from Rep. Kleins office, it was learned that this meeting was by invitation only. It was an interesting process to get that bit of information, since in the early stages of the conversation, the staffer stated that she “didn’t know anything about any meeting” and “saw nothing on his schedule”. Once this discrepancy was pointed out, the staffer stated that she would hang up if the conversation continued to be “belligerent” in nature. Now you just have to stand in awe of someone who could flat out lie to someone, and then claim they were being “belligerent” by pointing out the discrepancy.
Now, on to the upcoming “Town Hall Teleconference” being held by Rep. Ron Klein. It has been requested that anyone who wishes to participate in this event please e-mail their phone number to use for the meeting to FL22.town.hall@mail.house.gov , and quote:
“I hope you will participate in my telephone town hall meeting on health care. Simply email us your phone number, and we will call you to join a live, toll-free telephone town hall on the evening of August 26. I look forward to hearing from you!”

Seems pretty simple, right? Well, at the time of this writing, several e-mails of phone numbers to the above address have been returned as undeliverable.
If there is one thing that has driven the talking points of both major political parties, as well as mainstream media, it is that our system is broken. I agree. Whats necessary to fix it, is that our civil servants take interest and listen to their voting constituancies. That task becomes impossible when a wall is built between the voters, and the people they put in office. The current system for dialogue between voters and civil servants, it would appear, is also broken.
So what to do? We must start by realizing that Americans have faced daunting tasks and long odds many times in our history, and each time we prevailed in a uniquely American way. With that in mind, we just have to remember what we do when we have something that no longer works. We replace it. Our government has been run for far too long by a two party monopoly which clearly no longer works. Its time to get something new to replace what doesn’t work anymore. It starts in 2010.

Saturday, August 22nd, 2009As I’m sure you are aware, the President has left for vacation, and the House of Representatives is in its August recess. Perhaps we should consider taking this golden opportunity to call a locksmith to start changing office locks all over Washington D.C.
The last 9-12 months have been absolutely unprecedented in American history. The people we elect to represent us, and to do what we mandate, have not only betrayed their duty, but in stunning fashion, have mocked and chastised the voting public for speaking out against their actions.
First, they passed a bail-out bill (T.A.R.P.) to hand over trillions of our tax dollars to international banks that engineered the banking and mortgage crisis to begin with, and passed the largest spending bill in this nations history that hands billions of tax dollars over to corporations that caused the financial crisis we are in. They then boldly took over two thirds of the U.S. Auto industry, and allowed the president to fire executives of a private business, and install his own hand picked ‘czars’ to oversee the reshaping of the industry as a whole. They did all this while ignoring the objections of the American Taxpayers who are now on the hook for this reckless spending spree, and enslaved countless future generations into paying interest on a massive debt owed to the elite bankers that not only engineered the collapse, but were rewarded by our non-representative government with the collective fortune and future of the American people.
It should be abundantly clear that our government has, by either incompetence or intent, ignored the will of the people, and continually escalated the overstepping of their constitutional boundaries. The states, as laid out by the constitution, have the right, and indeed the duty to take action, up to and including dissolution, necessary to reign in the Federal Government, and place it back within its constitutional boundaries. The Federal Government has become a repressive, bullying oligarchy which takes its interest not in the defense and welfare of American Citizens, but in the hijacking of more and more power, and serves the interests of unelected elite banking criminals both within the Federal Reserve, and at the helm of huge international banks. Thomas Jefferson warned that Central Banks controlling a nations currency was more dangerous to liberty than a standing army. When you realize the way in which our federal government has handled the creation, distribution, and valuation of U.S. Currency, you will begin to realize we have been on a slow death march to complete tyranny since 1913, when the Federal Reserve was created.
It is high time the process is re-ignited to assert states rights, and to join with the other 30+ states who have called for the dissolution of the Federal Government should we continue to be illegally ignored by the rogue regime that has been created by a two party monopoly in Washington. In the event that it abolishes the U.S. Constitution, declares martial law, attempts to confiscate firearms, or takes further action to usurp states powers (Scenarios which most are beginning to realize are real possibilities) it will be absolutely vital for the Liberty loving states, and the people thereof, to stand together and reform a new union and re-ratify the original Constitution of the United States. The States MUST band together and send a unified message to the Federal Government: This is your last warning to behave within the clear boundaries of the constitution of the United States, or be dissolved, if necessary, by force.
Obamacare is being exposed, and so is he……

If you have paid any attention to the news lately, you have probably noticed a healthy argument unfolding between the majority of Americans and Barack Obama. It should be clear to all why this man wanted his health-care bill shoved through before anyone had a chance to read and understand it. He was afraid of exactly what is unfolding now. As town-hall backlash, and failed damage control (not to mention outright fraud by way of ‘planted’ questions) continue to drag his poll numbers down, it seems more and more likely that his plan will fail. This is the best possible scenario for our republic. A well placed and well earned distrust will be looming over every bit of legislation he and the Democrat majority try to shove through for the foreseeable future. What has to be kept in mind, though, is that this will in no way be given up on, nor will anything else on our rogue ‘representatives’ agenda. Americans must stay vigilant in their opposition to any further damage to our liberty, our Constitution, and our very way of life.
After some inspiring actions of folks throughout the country whom took the initiative to study Obama’s health-care plan, and pass along some very disturbing key items within, it was shown to be a nightmare scenario of rationed care, untenable debt, and third-rate treatment for just about anyone in the mature age group and folks with serious medical conditions. We the people have made it very clear to our government that this legislation cannot be allowed to pass. It is now up to them to do what they have not done in a very long time, and that is listen to their bosses…. The American People.
We are nearly nine months into the Obama administration, and his modus operandi has made itself abundantly clear: Shove it through fast before anyone can see what it is. If that doesn’t work, try to paint all backlash as hateful, manufactured, and irrational, all while manufacturing support through planted questions, floating hateful insinuations, and polarizing the issue. Right out of one of his mentor’s playbook. Saul Alinsky wrote: ‘Pick the Target, Freeze It, Personalize It and Polarize It’. The more we see of Mr. Obama, the more we can see this strategy being utilized.
The fact that Mr. Aulinsky had an influential relationship with Barack Obama as well as Hillary Rodham-Clinton is well known, and does alot of explaining of what Mr. Obama’s agenda is, and how he plans to impliment it. What may not be well known to most, but in my view is critically important to keep in mind, is something Mr. Aulinsky wrote as his opening page dedication: “Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgement to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history… the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer.” While it may be a bit unfair to make a direct link to those words and Mr. Obama, it must be pointed out that its fair to assume that our president took much of what Mr. Aulinsky had to say to heart, and someone who would openly pay tribute to Lucifer may not have the best interest of a Judeo-Christian society in mind.
As for Mr. Obama, the tree must be judged by the quality of the fruit which it bares, and so far, the reaction to his offerings has been poor to say the least.
