Dr. J. Curtis (Curt) Frazier was selected by a unanimous vote of the Constitution Party National Committee to be the Constitution Party's candidate for the office of vice-president for the 2000 elections.
The vote was held at a National Committee meeting held in Baltimore, Maryland over Labor Day weekend, 2000. A family man, a devout Christian, dedicated constitutionalist, and medical professional, Dr. Frazier is presently the Chairman of the Constitution Party of Missouri. He resides in Springfield, Missouri with his wife of seventeen years, Jana and his seven children, (four girls and three boys), who range in age from 14 years old to three months.
Fully committed to the principles of parental accountability and academic excellence in education, Dr. Frazier and his wife Jana choose to educate their children at home.
Born on December 11, 1955 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Frazier grew up in the small town of Hominy, Oklahoma. He later went on to gain his bachelors degree at Northwestern Oklahoma State University where he graduated with a double major in biology and chemistry. He then went on to get his M.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1982. He is now in his 16th year of practice as a medical doctor specializing in Emergency Medicine.
A member of the Constitution Party National Committee since 1996, Dr. Frazier was the Party's candidate for the U.S. Senate in 1998 in Missouri.
Dr. Frazier is a member of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, the Conservative Caucus and the Separation of School and State Alliance. He is also a life member of Gun Owners of America.
